Brian grew up in a real estate family and has owned investment real estate himself for over 12 years. He brings a history and experience to his clients that allow them to make confident and informed decisions on Buy / Sell / Lease questions that every investor and business owner must answer (with regularity).
As a Real Estate professional, he takes a Big Picture view of his role in your business – being responsible to create complete real estate solutions for business or Real Estate owners. Using his experience and contacts to bring investors partners, creative entity structuring, unique financing and other “outside of the box” ideas is where Brian goes the extra mile making sure the transaction is consistent with business or investor objectives and managing all elements of the transaction to ensure a smooth close. Commercial Real Estate Advisor
Durhman has been with KW Commercial since 2014, and has focused much of his
efforts on buyer and tenant representation in the industrial and office
markets, as well as advising real estate investors with the
acquisition/disposition of income producing property. Royce prides himself in
being the bird-dog on the Envision team, and he spends a good majority of each
business day cold calling property owners to uncover investment opportunities
and owner/user opportunities that are not on the market. In addition to hitting
the phones and working with clients, Royce is active in the commercial real estate community (MNCAR and
NAR member), and an avid networker. Royce has dedicated
himself to better serving his clients by taking advanced commercial real estate
coursework from CCIM. The Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM)
designation is the most prestigious designation in commercial real estate, and
in order to become a designee, candidates must demonstrate a mastery of
financial, market, and investment analysis. Royce has completed two out
of the four required investment courses for the designation, and expects to
complete the remaining requirements in the next year.
